We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers to our paid plans (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise).

Eligibility:

This guarantee applies only to your first monthly subscription payment
You must request a refund within 30 days of your initial payment
The account must be in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service
One refund per customer

Annual Subscription Refunds

For annual subscriptions, we offer prorated refunds within the first 30 days:

If you cancel within 30 days, you will receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of your annual subscription
After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel to prevent renewal

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

Renewal payments after the first 30 days
Partial months of service
Additional AI credits or add-ons purchased separately
Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
Free trials (no payment required)

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

What happens when you cancel:

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
You will continue to have access to paid features until the period ends
No further charges will be made after the current period
Your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan

Step 4: Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. Funds typically appear in your account within 7-14 business days depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We're committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension and may affect your ability to use our services in the future.

Special Circumstances

In exceptional cases (such as prolonged service outages or technical issues that prevented you from using the service), we may consider refund requests outside of our standard policy. Each case is reviewed individually. Please contact our support team to discuss your situation.
